There is alot to be excited for in the coming months and years for the city of Surprise.

This page will have just  a few of the new projects and events coming to town in the future.

Surprise Stadium Village - Soon to be Surpise's "Mainstreet USA".  Take a look at the link I have provided for more info.

Prasada- When is that mall coming?  Lots of questions on the mall off of 303.  The project is called Prasada and you can find more info at    http://prasada.com/

Asante-Retail power center off of US 60 and 303/ 163rd Ave.

Dream Catcher Park- A sports complex for the mentally and physically challenged.  A philanthropic project of the local Surprise Sundancers.

Sierra Montana Recreation Center-   A city Rec center located in the Sierra Montana community off of Greenway and Cotton Ln.  Focusing more on the arts, the center will have a dance and recording studio as well as study and computer classrooms. Due to be open in May 2007.

 Surprise Tennis Facility - Major tennis grounds to be built adjacent to the town lake and Rec center.  High hopes to become a nationally inviting facility for major tournaments.  I have included a link for an article about the project.

Surprise Farms Community Park-  Major city park to go into phase 3 and 4 of the Surprise Farms Community off Bell Rd and 175th Ave.  14 million is to be spent on another Aquatic Park for the kids as well as an outdoor ampitheatre, rec center, dog park, and many sports facilities.  Groundbreaking is supposed to be taken place in Dec of 06' and take a year to complete all phases.    

 Surprise City Skate Park-  A skate park is in the Park and recreation's 5 year capital plan with a budget of $500,000.  Currently the city is looking for land for a location of the project.
